Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout Lebanon, usually within 24 hours to 10 days after your products are ready. Timing depends on the delivery route and grouped deliveries.

To keep costs low, we combine orders going to the same area. If no nearby order is available, we may wait for another order or arrange delivery with another company. If neither option is possible, we will discuss an additional delivery charge with you or cancel the order with a full refund of any amount paid.

Delivery fees are base charges. Any change will be explained and agreed with you before dispatch.

Delivery is normally to your doorstep when the items fit in the lift. An additional carrying charge is payable directly to the workers if items do not fit in the lift, or for deliveries above the fourth floor without a lift.

Installation is charged separately based on the items ordered.
