Returns are only accepted if the product has a fabrication or manufacturing defect.

The defect must be reported immediately upon delivery/receival of the item.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting the item at the time of delivery.

Any defect must be reported to our delivery team on the spot or to customer service within 24 hours.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

Proof of defect (photo or video) may be required for verification.

No returns for change of mind, size, or preference.
