Return & Exchange Policy

At Stock Furniture (managed by Galerie Versaille), we value quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure clarity, our return policy is as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Return

    • Returns are only accepted if the product has a fabrication or manufacturing defect.

    • The defect must be reported immediately upon delivery/receival of the item.

  2. Inspection Upon Delivery

    • Customers are responsible for inspecting the item at the time of delivery.

    • Any defect must be reported to our delivery team on the spot or to customer service within 24 hours.

  3. Conditions

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

    • Proof of defect (photo or video) may be required for verification.

  4. Exclusions

    • No returns for change of mind, size, or preference.

    • Natural variations in wood, fabric, or materials are not considered defects.

    • Damage caused after delivery, misuse, or improper assembly is not covered.

  5. Resolution

    • If a fabrication defect is confirmed, Stock Furniture (managed by Galerie Versaille) will provide a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
